HCL Selection Process
The HCL will modify the selection procedure yearly to select the candidates who are having technical and problem-solving skills. This year, HCL Technologies is going to conduct three rounds to recruit the aspirants.
- Written Test
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
To participate in the written test, the contenders need to know the test module of it. For the sake of competitors, we have arranged the test pattern in the below section. And, the students who will score the minimum marks in written exam will call for a technical interview. Lastly, the HCL will organize HR Interview for the candidates who will qualify the technical interview.
